Share Files and Folders via Direct Link
Quickly and easily share a file or folder with someone by sending them a direct link to access that file or folder. Instead of sending sensitive documents as an email attachment that can be stolen, send a secure link to the file or folder with Binfer Drive.
How to Get a Direct Link
- Log in to the web interface and select the drive that contains the file or folder you want to share. Once selected, you will be taken to that drive
- Navigate to the folder or file you want to share in your drive and click on the arrow on the far right of that file or folder. In the images below you can see the arrow in a red box
- Select the GET LINK option from the drop down menu that appears
- A popup will appear with a link directly to your chosen file or folder
- Copy this link (Ctrl + C). Anyone you send this link to will be able to access the selected file or folder directly from their browser
