Remote Management

This module enables admin to create sync rules on clients that are currently online and view client’s dashboard.

• Go to Devices -> Device summary -> Click on a device that’s online

• Select the remote manage option that shows up in the bottom of the detail view popup

• Now you can see client’s dashboard
• Go to the Sync Rules tab to manage rules on clients and the New Sync Rule tab can be used to create rules on client
