Setting Bandwidth Limits

You can set Bandwidth limit by enabling throttle in settings. The bandwidth limiter, or throttle, can be found by selecting SETTINGS -> NETWORK on the left hand navigation window. Select your preferred throttle speed in the drop down box provided and then check the enable throttle option to begin throttling the Binfer system.
